The system has a planar element (4) and another planar element arranged at a rotor axis (2) of a rotor (1), where each planar element is pivotably tiltable along a swivel axis (5), when the planar element is arranged at a circumference direction of the rotor. The planar elements are fixed along a rotational direction (7) of the rotor, where the planar elements are mounted on a planar surface. The planar elements are freely rotatable along another rotational direction of the rotor, where the latter rotational direction is opposite to the former rotational direction.
