The method involves determining individual imbalance of a carrier disk (3) and blades by a focal point scale (1). A blade arrangement is evaluated at a circumference of the carrier disk depending on the individual imbalance of the carrier disk and the blades. The blades are attached on the carrier disk based on an evaluation result, and imbalance of the rotor is determined by the focal point scale. The blades are provided with a barcode or matrix code to extract characteristic values of the blades.
