The method involves sending an operability request of a switching equipment (2) of a base network of a mobile network (1) to another switching equipment (3) by a computing mechanism (4). Operation test is executed by the switching equipments according to the operability request, and a result of the operation test is sent to the computing mechanism by the switching equipments. Signaling of the operation test result is initiated on a side of an alarm system (7) by the computing mechanism. The operability request is a general pack radio service (GPRS)tunneling protocol (GTP) echo.
