The flap has a pretensionable bearing seal (5) provided in a housing (1) between fluid to be controlled and bearings (6) and sealing a shaft (3) and the housing. A grouting of the bearing seal is adjusted on sides of the housing by a screw or threaded bolts. A pretensionable cover seal (9) is incorporated in the housing between an environment and the bearings and seals the shaft and the housing, where pretensioning of the seals are adjusted on the sides of the housing by the screws or bolts. The seals are implemented as packings.
