The method involves applying an adhesive layer (1) on an underground (U). A decoration layer (2) made of paper and/or plastic webs is applied on the adhesive layer. A transparent covering layer (3) is made of friction resistant and/or pressure, impact and/or shockproof material and applied on the decoration layer in a dried and/or hardened condition. An adhesive primer is applied on the underground before applying the adhesive layer on the underground. A sealing layer is applied on the covering layer. The decoration layer is made of cellulose, glass fabric, plastic, vinyl, fleece, textile, glass fiber, leather and/or canvas and/or PVC. The covering layer and/or the sealing layer are provided with glitter elements consisting of a composition of small paper particles, glass particles, plastic particles and/or metal particles e.g. strip-shaped particles such as metallic-chips, polyurethane-chips and glass beads. The underground is made of screed, concrete, terrazzo, mineral soil, stone soil, parquet, laminate, PVC/plastic, resin soil, cast stone, tiles, granite, marble and/or stone soil.
