The arrangement (1) has a base (3) and a hub (15) cooperating with a shaft (13). A torque limiting device (25) is provided between the hub and the shaft. A clamping element e.g. clamping disk (21) fastens the arrangement at a load. A washer (27) is provided between the clamping element and the hub, where the washer exhibiting a recess is made of plastic. The rotation limiting device is formed in such a manner that relative movement between the hub and the washer is allowed when a torque value is maximum, and radius of the washer is larger than radius of the clamping element.
