The tool has serrated clamping jaws (12) for securely holding lock cylinders. A clamping groove (10) is provided in a middle portion of each clamping jaw, where the clamping groove is about 2 mm. An Allen key(RTM: hex key) screw (11) and a hexagonal nut are provided for tightening the clamping jaws. An operation of breaking off/breaking away lock cylinders or pulling lock cylinder cores takes place by a swivel mechanism. Two handle pieces (3, 4) are provided, where one of the handle piece exhibits length of about 115 mm and the other handle piece includes an internal thread.
