The component part has a capsulated electronic assembly part (10), in which electronic components i.e. application-specific integrated circuits, are arranged on a conductor grid (12). The conductor grid is protruded out from a capsulation unit (14). The conductor grid has a screen section (18), which covers the surface of the capsulation unit. A housing is made of plastic and provided for embedding the capsulated electronic assembly part together with the screen section of the conductor grid. The screen section lies against the capsulation unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a component part.
