The injector has a piezo actuator (10), which is surrounded by a compact casing (14). The compact casing is attached with an upper surface (20) of the piezo actuator by a clamping body. An elevating unit (24) is arranged on the upper surface of the piezo actuator within the range of the clamping body, where the elevating unit is circulated around the piezo actuator.
