A computer-implemented method (and corresponding data processing system and computer program) for creating a 3 - d healthy bifurcation model of a plurality of 2 - d angiographic images comprises the following:a. providing of a 3 - d - model on the basis of said images;example, the defining a bifurcation area in relation to said 3 - d - model;c. the creation of a field curve in relation to the said region;d. the creation of a reference field curve in relation to the said region during the reconstruction in 2 - d;e. providing of a healthy model in relation to said field curves; andf. the calculating quantitative analytical results with respect to said healthy model on the basis of the healthy cross section areas of the bifurcation, the obstruction boundary for the tongues and of the bad 3 - d - model, consisting of the bifurcation means lines and - cross sections of the lumen on the center line, of the healthy center line and the cross sections.
