The shoe has an upper part (5) with an assembly sole, a run sole (1) and two connecting intermediate soles (4). The run sole has a flat edge with through holes (2,3). The intermediate sole is foamed. The through holes are partly or completely filled by the intermediate sole. The intermediate sole consists of foamed polyurethane. The run sole consists of thermoplastic polyurethane and rubber. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a shoe; and (2) a casting mold for the manufacturing of shoe.
