The arrangement has an outer lining part (12) provided with an outer lining region (18) and moved between a retracted position (IT) and an extended position (AS) during driving operation of a motor vehicle (10) i.e. sports car. The outer lining region forms a part of an outer lining (20) in both positions. The outer lining part is designed as an incident flow body (24) and moved for improving aerodynamics, where the outer lining part is designed as a starter. The outer lining part includes a cavity (23) that is changeable in volume between the retracted and extended positions.
