Producing protective layer with lubricating effect on workpieces and/or tools comprises applying lubricating lacquer on surface of workpiece, heating, applying electrostatically charged lubricant and introducing into matrix
Producing a protective layer comprises: applying a lubricating lacquer in the form of a thin lubricant film on a cold surface of the workpiece and/or tool to be deformed; heating the workpiece and/or tool, without prior drying process; applying a fluidized and electrostatically charged lubricant containing a powder or their mixture on the surface of the inductively heated workpiece and/or tool; introducing the coated workpiece into a matrix; mass distributing the workpiece and/or tool into the matrix; and single or multi-stage lubricating the coated workpiece upto final shape. Producing a protective layer with lubricating effect comprises: applying a lubricating lacquer in the form of a thin lubricant film on a cold surface of the workpiece and/or tools to be deformed; heating the workpiece and/or tool, without prior drying process; applying a fluidized and electrostatically charged lubricant containing a powder or powder mixture on the surface of the inductively heated workpiece and/or tool to be deformed, where the fluidized lubricant is pneumatically conveyed, then optionally electrostatically charged by corona-or turbocharger, and subsequently sprayed on the surface of the workpiece and/or tool to be deformed; introducing the coated workpiece to be deformed into a matrix, which is optionally before coating with the lubricant; mass distributing the workpiece and/or tool to be deformed into the matrix; and single or multi-stage lubricating the coated workpiece upto final shape. Independent claims are included for protective layer with lubricating effect for the reduction of metal oxidation and steel-scaling in the hot massive deformation comprising: the lubricating lacquer comprising a solvent, an inorganic binder, one or more of solid lubricant having an average particle size of 50-80 mu m, pigments and conventional additives; or the lubricating lacquer and the powder or their mixture comprising the solid lubricant and fluidizing aids.
