An armature induces alternating voltage by the rotating magnetic field generated by a field pole magnetized by a field winding (3). A rectifier (4) converts the alternating voltage into direct current by performing synchronous rectification based on the synchronous rectification signal induced by armature. A reference voltage regulation circuit (8) controls output voltage by adjusting the field current in field winding. A synchronous rectification control circuit (9) generates synchronous rectification control signal based on the phase voltage of the armature.
