The method involves providing a shield web (7) in a rolled state and a folded state. A series of guide elements is provided in a certain state and are attached to both longitudinal edges of the shield web. The guide elements are successively brought in engagement with a longitudinal guide of a profile (8) at one of the longitudinal edges of the shield web. The guide elements are brought in engagement together with a longitudinal guide of another profile (18) at another one of the longitudinal edges of the shield web. The web and the guide elements are displaced along the profiles. An independent claim is also included for an installation for performing a working method for attachment of a shield device to a green house or a hothouse.
