The present invention relates to demulsification - and - dehydration formulations for a heavy crude oil based on amines and bifunctionalized block copolymers having low polydispersities. These formulations may contain solvent whose boiling point in the range from 35 to 200°C, preferably dichloromethane, chloroform, toluene, xylenes, turbines - fuel (kerosene, turbo ina), naphtha or mixtures thereof.
