The arrangement has a construction unit consisting of an engine (1), a clutch (2) and a clutch release device (3), and another construction unit consisting of a transmission casing (4) with a clutch bell (5) and a transmission. The construction units are firmly connected to each other. An opening (6) of the bell is located in a plane of a connection area (7). An adapter (9) is arranged in the opening. The area is fixed in a subregion by rotation of the adapter in a form-fit and/or force-fit manner. The adapter has a connection facility for a line in an inner lying recess. An independent claim is also included for a method for connection arrangement of a clutch release device of an engine transmission unit.
