The wiper has a saddle bracket (30) and a clipping sleeve mount (40) both provided with several accommodation channels with different dimensions along longitudinal direction. An elastic metal keelson strip (20) and a top wing (51) of an elongated scraping blade (50) are received and penetrated through the accommodation channels of saddle bracket and clipping sleeve mount. The saddle bracket is mounted in wiper adapter (70) and lower scraping edge of elongated scraping blade is arranged to contact windshield.
