Cosmetic composition comprises a volatile oil and at least 20 wt.% of a wax with an initial point of 45-100 [deg]C. Independent claims are also included for: (1) make-up product for keratinic materials, comprising a volatile oil, at least 20 wt.% of a wax with an initial melting point above 45 [deg]C and up to 20 wt.% water and/or water-miscible solvent; (2) producing a composition as above by continuously mixing and cooling the wax from a temperature above its melting point to room temperature; (3) producing a composition as above by dispersing particles of the wax with a size of 0.5-30 mu m in the volatile oil at a temperature below the melting point of the wax; (4) cosmetic care or make-up method comprising applying a composition as above to the skin or lips; and (5) make-up method comprising applying a make-up product as above to keratinic fibers, especially lashes.
