The additive of the invention is made of pellets, i.e. small cylinders (1) formed of an inner core (2) composed of an E-glass yarn charge, and of an outer film (3), to contain this charge, constituted by a heat-meltable material (preferably ethylene-vinyl acetate or ethylene-vinyl amide).
