PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct data transmission taking handover into consideration as one of purposes.;SOLUTION: In a mobile radio communication system, a mobile station receives third data transmitted from a radio base station in response to the reception of second data to be transmitted by the mobile station in response to the reception of first data to be transmitted from the radio base station.
