PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iontophoresis device having high administration efficiency of medicines.;SOLUTION: The iontophoresis device is provided with an action pole structure comprising: an electrode to which a positive voltage is applied; a medicine holding part arranged on the front surface side of the electrode for holding a liquid medicine containing medicine ions charged to be positive; and a cellulose based resin membrane arranged on the front surface side of the medicine holding part or a composite membrane arranged on the front surface side of the medicine holding part, which is the composite membrane composed of a cation exchange membrane and the cellulose based resin membrane arranged on the front surface side of the cation exchange membrane.
