The present invention discloses a method for downloading by the mobile terminal, a downloading system and a mobile terminal adopting the downloading method, as well as a method for realizing the data sharing between the mobile terminal and the system. The downloading method comprises the following procedures: dividing the data to be downloaded to a plurality of data task segments and distributing the data task segment to each mobile terminal by the main mobile terminal; downloading the data according to the distributed task segment by the mobile terminal and transmitting to the corresponding mobile terminal. The downloading system includes a server, at least one main mobile terminal and at least one accessory mobile terminal. The present invention also provides a method for realizing the data sharing between the mobile terminals, and the downloaded data is transmitted to other mobile terminals with the data sharing network. With the invention the download speed can be increased and the mobile terminal can join the sharing downloading group to do downloading and sharing data at any moment thereby saving the network resource and alleviating the burden of the network equipment.
