PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-filled ferrite carrier for electrophotogrphic developer, which is used as an electrophotogrphic developer by being mixed with toner, can prevent carrier adhesion and has good charge amount stability, and also to provide an electrophotogrphic developer using the ferrite carrier, which sufficiently ensures image density and maintains a high level image quality for a long period of time.;SOLUTION: The resin-filled ferrite carrier for electrophotographic developer is made by filling a silicone resin in voids of a porous ferrite core material, which continuously extend from a surface to a core interior, wherein the average particle size of the resin-filled ferrite carrier is 20 to 50 μm, (Si/Fe)×100 measured by a fluorescent X-ray elementary analysis is 2.0 to 7.0, and the particle size and the (Si/Fe)×100 are correlated, wherein in the correlation between the (Si/Fe)×100 and the particle size, the gradient (a) thereof satisfies a relation: -0.50≤a≤0.15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
