PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process for a liquid dispersion of organic pigment fine particles which have a small particle size and a sharp size distribution peak, is excellent in dispersion stability and storage stability and hardly causes deterioration or corrosion, an organic pigment fine particles obtained by the process and its liquid dispersion.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing process for the liquid dispersion of the organic pigment fine particles comprises incorporating a polymerizable compound expressed by the general formula (1) in at least either of a solution dissolving the organic pigment or an aqueous medium, mixing both the solutions, to precipitate the organic pigment as fine particles, and polymerizing the polymerizable compound. In the general formula (1), A is any one of a hydrogen atom, typical metal atom, ammonium group and alkyl ammonium group, X is a substituent containing a C=C bond, B is a carbon atom or an aromatic ring, L1 is a divalent linking group, m1 is an integer of not less than 0, and R1 and R2 are each a specified substituent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
