The system has turbochargers divided into two compressors (TC1, TC2) and two turbines (TT1, TT2), and two intake ducts (D1, D2) and an exhaust duct (D3), where the duct (D3) supplies an exhaust gas to one of the turbines driving each of the turbocompressors. The compressors supply air to the ducts (D1, D2) and are controlled by a logic controller (P), where the turbocompressors are supplied by exhaust gas for producing identical air pressure in intake manifolds. Intake and exhaust ducts have an access (A1, A2, E) respectively, which are controlled by a valve. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling tourbillion level in an internal combustion engine.
