The present invention relates to an electrical connection device adapted to be connected to an electrical conductor (c) without interruption of the latter, this device comprising a part (1) enclosing or helping to hold the conductor in the manner of a pince.selon the invention, the part (1) takes the form of a stirrup having two lateral wings (11, 12) extending in directions parallel to a common direction, from a central base (13) which connects them, the wings (11, 12) defining the hooks (111, 121), respectively, opening in opposite directions, and in each of which the electrical conductor (c) can be inserted.
