The device has a clothing piece (1) e.g. frock coat, to be piled on a trunk and provided with a chest protector (2) forming a detection zone of valid strokes connected to an autonomous electrical transmission device (3) for transmitting a signal corresponding to a luminous or audible alarm displaying device (4). The chest protector with the detection zone is arranged in a pocket (1'') provided on front of the clothing piece, where the pocket is closed by a pulling device (5) or hooking strips extending on entire periphery of the pocket or part of the pocket.
