The device (1) has identical connection elements (7, 8) connected to one another by respective deformable connections i.e. parallel sheared strips (9, 10), in a continuous manner. Each element has a plate (PL) with a set of opposed tabs (17) that is extended parallel to the plate from a same side of the plate to define open spaces (E) arranged opposite to one another. The spaces have heights equal to thicknesses of lateral edges of C-shaped section elements or furring strips to be connected, such that the edges of a same section are engaged and slid in the respective spaces.
