Cold solid propellant comprises a cold solid gel comprising at least one liquid compound (oxidizing liquid compounds or reducing liquid compounds) gelled by one organic polymeric gelling agent and at least one particulate filler (reducing particulate fillers), where the liquid compound is oxidant or oxidizing particulate fillers when one liquid compound is reducer. Independent claims are included for: (1) a pyrotechnic charge, comprising a cold solid propellant in a structure; (2) a process for manufacturing a cold solid propellant comprising obtaining a cold gel by introducing one liquid compound (cooled) comprising oxidizing liquid compounds or reducing liquid compounds in a mixer (cooled) so that one cold liquid compound is obtained by stirring in the mixer, introducing a polymeric organic gelling agent in the mixer containing the liquid compound for maintaining cold by stirring, where the gelling agent is optionally precooled, introducing one particulate filler such as reducing particulate fillers (where one liquid compound is oxidizing or oxidizing particulate fillers when one liquid compound is reducer) in the mixer, where one particulate filler is optionally pre-cooled, and agitating the cold mixture, gelling agent and one reducing or oxidizing particulate filler in the mixer and hardening the cold gel by stopping the stirring with optional implementation of cooling; and (3) a process for preparing the pyrotechnic charge, comprising obtaining a cold gel by introducing at least one liquid compound in the mixer, introducing the polymeric organic gelling agent in the mixer, introducing the particulate filler such as reducing particulate fillers in the mixer, and agitating the cold mixture, gelling agent and reducing or oxidizing particulate filler in the mixer, pouring the gel in a structure and hardening of the gel in the structure.
