The mechanism has an internal ring (2) fixedly integrated in rotation to an end of an output shaft and another ring (3) made of elastic material e.g. elastomer, coaxially surrounding the inner ring, where the mechanism is a modular assembly inserted and maintained in an opening (10) centered on a longitudinal axis of a drive head (1). The internal ring allows transmission of rotation movement of the output shaft to the drive head when the threshold is not exceeded, and passage of the drive mechanism is in a declutch position when the threshold is exceeded. An independent claim is also included for a driving head comprising a spring finger assembly extending in a plane orthogonal to a longitudinal axis and traversing a wall forming an opening.
