The invention relates to a catalytic cracking unit comprising a catalyst regeneration zone and a 2-riser reaction zone operating in parallel under different conditions of severity, the catalyst circulating between the regeneration zone and the reaction zone in two parallel circuits, a so-called main circuit comprising a first external cooling system of the catalyst, and a so-called secondary circuit comprising a second external cooling system of the catalyst. The invention also relates to a process for producing gasoline and co-producing propylene using said catalytic cracking unit.
