The turbine has an assembly formed by inclined blades (4, 7) between metal sheet discs (3) integrated to a shaft (1) of the turbine, where wind provokes rotation of the shaft and is increased and directed by main and secondary funnels and a curved sheet. An adjustable shutter counterbalances gyratory effect provoked by the main funnel and another shutter. Stopping or regulation of speed of the turbine is done by action of a screen closing air passage by a motor. The assembly is maintained at the ground against strong winds by wheels circulating on rails concentric to the shaft.
