The knife has a metallic frame (2) provided in the form of a mini hatchet that is provided with a sharp edge. The metallic frame is fixed on a knife blade (1) by a rivet (3) to limit a knife handle (4). The mini hatchet forms a notch between shells of an oyster, where the shells of the oyster are in the form of hoofs. The metallic frame limits accessing of the blade in the oyster.
