The winder has parallel side walls (1, 2) reunited by two end spacers (7, 8) and forming fitting units fitting a fishing line thread wound around the spacers. The spacers are located in a plane of the winder near a lower longitudinal edge (5) and a lower longitudinal edge of the walls. The spacers (7, 8) respectively include two sets of notches (9-12), where the spacer (7) is in form of a lower partition at the level of the notches (9, 11). A pallet (13) is raised at the middle of the spacer (7) and limited by an upper edge (13a) higher than that of an edge of the notches (9, 11).
