The device has sunroof controlling units for automatically adjusting a maximum opening degree of a sunroof (1) based on a speed of a sunroof vehicle, where the sunroof occupies closed and open positions. The controlling units automatically regulate height of a draught deflector (20) arranged on the sunroof, based on the vehicle speed or opening degree. Controlling units (30) are accessible by a user, and act on the sunroof controlling units. A controller (10) is connected to a central controller (100) of the vehicle by a controller area networktype multiplexed connection. An independent claim is also included for a method for reducing aeroacoustic noise in a cab interior of a sunroof vehicle.
