The case has plates made of alveolar plastic material and forming a belt with a polygonal section. Transverse reinforcement panels (15-18) made up of alveolar plastic material are arranged inside the belt so as to reinforce the belt. The transverse reinforcement panels and belt panels (11-14) are dissected from the same plate. The transverse reinforcement panels and the belt panels are connected by a folding line (13a). The reinforcement panels absorb crushing loads when pouring concrete into a formwork.
