The exchanger (7) has an oil return conduit portion (30) molded by casting with the exchanger, where the portion is rigid and integrated to the exchanger. The portion axially extends along the exchanger over entire or part of length of the exchanger, where the portion and the exchanger have a common section. The portion cooperates with connection units i.e. end fittings (310, 320), to connect a turbocharger and an oil sump. The end fittings co-operate with oil conduits (31, 32) that are made of flexible materials.
