A PVC plastic sheet is installed on the scoria layer, and a thickness of an exterior side reinforced layer is 6 centimeter. A thickness of an interior side reinforced layer is 6 centimeter. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a reinforced concrete wall.
