The head has a body (16) traversed by a product distribution conduit (26) that is closed by a closing plug. The body comprises a separable part (32) initially connected to a base (28) by a frangible connection (34). The plug and the separable part have complementary driving units i.e. projections (70) and flanges, for causing rupture of the frangible connection during withdrawal of the plug. Initial retention units having helical channels (54) retain the plug on the body by engagement between the plug and the base. Each channel is delimited between two helical guiding ribs (56, 58) of fins.
