A luminescent and turn signal lamp letter A is inserted in the triangles to signal users that the users arrive on accident locations and that the users need to reduce speed. A red color luminescent wire (2) and a luminescent wire (3) are inserted between the triangles. The unit is fixed in a jacket or parka with scratch (4) and powered by a power supply (5) placed in a housing, where the supply is formed by autonomous and rechargeable batteries.
