The vehicle has a low vision display device, and a steering wheel (1) including a circular rim (10a) that is extended along a peripheral direction around a rotational axis (Z) of the wheel and manipulates the wheel by a driver. The rim has a transversal section whose thickness varies continuously along the peripheral direction. The rim has lower and upper parts with transversal sections possessing corresponding thicknesses that are less than thickness of another transversal section of the circular rim.
