The device has a thermoelectric effect temperature sensor (2) comprising a weld (22) forming a heat sensible element extending to a temperature establishment unit via connection wires (21), based on thermoelectric effect induced on the weld. A standard temperature sensor (3) has a heat sensible element situated in equithermal position with the weld. Confinement unit of the elements isolates the elements in a sealed manner with respect to an outer medium of a sealed chamber (1). The wires and the element of the sensor (3) are partially housed in a measuring probe (4).
