The bearing has an exterior rotating ring (1) and an interior fixed ring (2), each of which is provided with a raceway forming an oblique contact rolling path in which rolling bodies (7) are arranged to guide rotation of the rotating ring, between the rings. A mounting ring (10) is arranged on an axial displacement device e.g. concentric slave cylinder, for axial displacement of the bearing, and a self-centering device i.e. spring washer or bevel washer (14), permits centering of the ring (10) that is associated with the fixed ring by allowing swiveling between the rings (2, 10).
