The reactor has a seismic decoupling device interposed between an irradiation channel and a sheath. The decoupling device has a metallic bellows (15) with a hollow deformable structure. The structure has an inlet orifice (19) at its upper part and an outlet orifice (21) at its lower part such that pressure of gas circulating in the structure maintains a thin wall (23) of the structure in contact with a tympan (16) arranged at a distal end of the channel and another thin wall (24) of the structure in contact with a nose (17) at a proximal end of the sheath.
