The device has a neodymium magnetic permanent magnet (1) creating a rotary movement pierced in a center of the magnet for receiving an axis in non-magnetic ball bearings. The magnet is set to an interior of a stainless cylindrical cage (6), which supports four permanent magnets (2) fixed to a spring plate (3). The magnets (2) receive permanent magnetic thrust force produced by the magnet (1) which pushes the magnets (2) of same sign towards up. The force directs the cage to turn around the axis in an oblige rotational direction.
