The container (4) has a body (6) with a neck (7) defining an opening (8), and a sealing membrane (9) fixed in a sealed manner on the opening, where the body and the membrane are made of synthetic materials. A closure plug (11) made of elastomeric material is mounted on the neck of the body. The plug includes a skirt (12) presenting, on its inner face, a fixation unit (13) permitting fixation of the plug on the neck of the body. A bottom wall (14) of the plug closes an end of the skirt, and includes a slot permitting passage of a probe or sampling needle (16) of an analyzing apparatus. An independent claim is also included for an analyzing assembly for an analyzing apparatus and including a plate for receiving a cartridge.
