The device has a convex ellipsoidal mirror (1), and a telescopic, foldable and rotative fixation rod (2) constituted of a folding mechanism (3) and a rotatable hollow sphere slit (4) to replace a rear-view mirror to an existing plane mirror. An optional accessory rod is arranged below the existing plane mirror, and the convex ellipsoidal mirror provides a radial panoramic image. An ellipsoidal arc has an opening angle attaining 180 degrees and a horizontal visual field radial expansion attaining 220 degrees in a continues manner.
