The structure has a pressure receiving element (34) displaced in a direction oriented towards top of a seat backrest frame (18) for simultaneously pivoting towards back and top of a bent element (36) to cause upward movement of a support shaft (20). The arrangement of the pressure receiving element permits simultaneous pivoting in anticlockwise direction of two pivot connecting elements (14) with respect to respective pivoting points (16) for displacing a movable headrest in direction from a rest position to an upward displacement point.
