The assembly has an elongated circular arc shaped case (5) made of rigid or semi-rigid material. The case has an ohm shaped groove (5a) sectioned longitudinally along the case. A fixation unit has a male fixation rod (4) whose base is integrated to a building element to be protected i.e. roof. The rod has a head on its opposed end for permitting forcible insertion of the rod of the fixation unit in the groove by elastic deformation of narrow edges of the groove so as to immobilize the head in its housing by assuring close connection of the case on the element.
